​Since graduating from the Living Arts College in 2005 with a degree in Audio Engineering, I have worked with all styles of music and artists from the Triangle. From Pop to Hardcore, Country to Rap, I have gotten my hands dirty not only by engineering sessions of all types, but also by producing and offering new perspectives that my experience has given me over the years to these projects.

 

"Oh what's that? You're a huge movie and sci-fi nerd? What a loser!"...is what once might say as they walk into Last Chance Studio, and I am afraid the responsibility largely goes to myself. I grew up on Star Wars and X-Men, but somewhere along the line, interests became obsessions. However, don't worry, I am professional and will only quote Yoda 3 or4 times during your session.

 

Ahem, anyways, both Kevin and myself are easy to work with because we talk "musician." You know, like when you're trying to tell your drummer to play a back beat by saying, "play Boo-Dap Boo-Dap" and for some reason he's just not understanding. Well, let us translate! We've acquired a thick dialect by playing in bands ourselves. Kevin and I have been in indie, hardcore, pop/punk, and metal bands since we were old enough to realize girls love guys who play an instrument. Kevin can play some crazy technical drum beats, and I can go "chug chug" on a guitar.
